Creative Communicators was born when four students decided to merge their passion and expertise for an academic project: "Life can be touching" campaign.
Inspired by the belief that creative excellence, cultural awareness and technical knowledge make the right mix for a cutting-edge communication, their mission for this project was to target distinction in delivering their message internationally.
Their efforts are convergent to one point: the success of "Life can be touching" by raising awareness about the signs of testicular cancer.
Veronica Grimaldi Hinojosa
With a passion in luxury communication, branding and TV advertising, during the course of the years she has channelled her creativity in different ways, ranging from marketing communication to translation, creative writing, children literature and painting. In communication, she has worked on accounts of different nature such as: Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Bridgestone, BNP Paribas, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tetra Pak, Vodafone and Nokia. Passionate about travelling and discovering new cultures, she has travelled extensively, studied five languages and speaks and writes four of them: Italian, English, Spanish and French. She graduated with a First Class Honour in Applied Translation and aims to finish her Master in Advertising with a distinction. As an excellent networker and negotiator, she succeeded to execute this campaign without budget, sourcing contributors of all kinds. She is the creator of the campaign.
Picture Editor/TV Producer
Graduated in Digital Arts and with seven years working experience as picture editor for some of the best international TV channels, Reza has worked hard enough to conquer the nickname of "editor machine" both at work and at the university, where is about to finish his Master in Journalism. Passionate about documentary production, he decided to embark on this project where, once again as producer, he had an encounter with the Murphy's Law and first law of production: Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. And it did. Reza has done an amazing job in turning very poor location settings into high quality images.
As Venezuelan, she brought a Latin vibe to the PR for the project. Graduated in Modern Languages and Business, she achieved an outstanding mark which placed her third in the ranking of “Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas”. She lately specialised in Legal Translation and at the moment is studying for a Master in Public Relations. Her excellence in customer relations brought her to the position of Regional Customer Manager for an Insurance company. She speaks English and Spanish with a great domain of German and French. Her nature is living smiling and her passion is meeting new cultures: “The world has no boundaries”.
Marida is a multi-lingual passionate student of journalism. After graduating with full marks in Foreign Languages and Modern Cultures at the LUMSA University in Rome, Italy, she decided to chase her dream: heading to London to develop her writing skills and study to become a journalist. Presently, she is rounding off a Master’s in Journalism. In London, she has also developed her passion for fashion after a “Fashion Journalism” course at the Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design. As international student, and more importantly global citizen, she has mastered many languages including Italian, English, Spanish and French. Her tremendous interest in the world of media has been fueling her ascent into a successful career as fashion journalist.
